Miami – August 1, 2011 – Enmarcolda SA has hired Miami-based international business consulting firm SFTG Associates Int’l for assistance in securing funding for a 180,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility in the Port au Prince area of Haiti.
Enmarcolda SA, a 50-year-old logistics company located in Haiti, is owned by the d’Adesky family, who owns several companies in Haiti and Miami.
SFTG Associates is working with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) an “independent” United States Government agency that sells investment services to assist U.S. companies and citizens in investing in foreign countries and International Finance Corporation (IFC) a member of the World Bank Group in securing financing for the project in Haiti.
SFTG Associates has assisted Enmarcolda in preparing a complete business plan and funding document. In addition SFTG Associates has taken on the role of project coordinator in securing competitive construction bids for the three 60,000 sq. ft. steel warehouses that will be assembled in the United States and shipped to Haiti for construction.
