Osher & Associates, Inc. is a management consulting firm focusing on providing financial analysis and planning to small and medium size organizations. Frequently engagements involve valuing firms or components, assessment of capital expenditures, constructing forecasting systems and developing exit strategies for investors.

Keith has over 25 years experience in financial and economic analysis, strategic planning and financial management in a wide range of industries and in a variety of organizations. As VP, Finance of a leading retail chain, Keith headed the planning effort for the company's leveraged buyout and subsequent public equity offering. Previously, he evaluated strategic plans, mergers and acquisitions and capital expenditures, as well as forecasted sales for a major retail holding company. As a financial analyst for a bipartisan commission of the Illinois legislature, Keith performed program evaluations and economic forecasts.

Keith holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago with a concentration in finance and applied economics.

In addition to consulting, Keith serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University School of Law and teaches finance and economics at Boston University's School of Management.

Bernard Smith
CEO and President of APlus Technologies

APlus Technologies is a value-added reseller and information technology solutions provider that provides clients with the knowledge and expertise to build bridges between today's business problems and innovative technological solutions. APlus Technologies has particular expertise in data warehouse development, intranet/internet database reporting tools and data conversion/migration. We specialize in developing solutions based on "best of breed" solutions available in the marketplace.

Bernard is CEO and President of APlus Technologies. He has experience in software development, sales automation, data conversions/integration and enterprise business intelligence solutions, including internet/intranet report distribution software tools. As the principal of APlus Technologies, Bernard has used his extensive expertise to forge strategic partnerships with leading data warehouse, database and business intelligence solution providers.

Prior to APlus Technologies, Bernard successfully managed end-user sales organizations, application development teams, and technical marketing organizations in a variety of industries. He has implemented international sales automation solutions for a leading computer manufacturer.

Bernard holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from Morehouse College He continued his graduate Computer Science studies at Boston University, He also holds a M.B.A. from Loyola College.
