After we are retained by a client we provide our client with a Statement of Work (SOW). This document is an addendum to our contract and is an outline of the agreed-to deliverables and associated time lines. In addition, we publish the intended outcomes and agree to monitor the progress of those outcomes. It is also mutually agreed to conduct periodic evaluations in case the deliverables or time frames need to be readjusted or modified.
